**In accordance with food safety regulations in Kansas and across the United States, and as part of Chartwells’ commitment to food safety compliance, food from buffet lines that has been accessible to guests may not be taken home as leftovers. This policy is in place to prevent potential foodborne illnesses arising from time and temperature control issues and the risk of contamination from guest handling. Even if the food appears untouched, once it has been placed on the buffet line, it cannot be packaged for takeout.**

Due to distribution limitations and staffing, certain items may be out of stock or delayed, and may be substituted at the approval of the client.
All catering orders must be placed seven (7) business days prior to the event date to ensure proper ordering and distribution. Any orders placed after 3:00 PM may not be seen until the next business day.
